Reminiscent of both salsa and pesto, this sauce adds the finishing touch to rice and bean dishes, fish and meat. It also makes a great marinade.
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cut & Sifted Cilantro Leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cut & Sifted Oregano Leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Table Grind Sea Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Organic Medium Grind Black Pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1/2 sweet green pepper
- 2 scallions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Cut vegetables into large chunks and place in blender or food processor. Add rest of ingredients and puree.
