Fruit smoothies make a perfect and healthy addition to any morning, afternoon or evening. Loaded with mango, pineapple, banana, vanilla yogurt and orange juice, this tropical smoothie is a sweet treat perfect for a cool-down on a hot day.
- 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Organic Ground Nutmeg
- 1 large mango, ripe
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Peel the mango, catching the juices in a bowl. Then use a paring knife to slice the flesh away from the stone. Combine mango juice, flesh, and remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
