Ingredients:

  • 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Organic Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 large mango, ripe
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Directions:

Peel the mango, catching the juices in a bowl. Then use a paring knife to slice the flesh away from the stone. Combine mango juice, flesh, and remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
