Soda bread is an Irish bread that features baking soda instead of traditional yeast. The soda reacts with the buttermilk to create tiny bubbles in the dough. This recipe puts a sweet, floral twist on traditional soda bread with Simply Organic's pure non-alcoholic Vanilla Extract. Serve with your choice of spread.

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9X7-inch baking pan.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir milk, egg and vanilla together and add to dry ingredients. Stir until just moist. Stir in melted butter.
3. Pour into pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until center tests done with a fork.
