  • 1/2 cup Frontier Organic Whole Pumpkin Seeds 1 lb
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Ground Nutmeg 1.90 oz.
  • 10 cups freshly popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut, flaked or shredded
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon butter or coconut oil


1. In a large bowl, toss popcorn with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and coconut.
2. Combine butter or coconut oil, white chocolate and nutmeg in a small saucepan and melt over medium heat.
3. Remove white chocolate mixture from heat, drizzle over popcorn mixture and mix well until chocolate sets up.
