Vice President of Marketing

This person will oversee the marketing functions for the food and flavorings division and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. A minimum of five years of marketing management experience in consumer packaged goods, preferably food, and a MBA are required; or a combination of education and experience.
Brand Manager
Urbana, IA Days
Our personal care division is seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to help drive sales for our growing and innovative brand, Aura Cacia. A four year college degree in marketing is required. A MBA and at least one year of experience in a consumer packaged goods environment desired.
Inside Sales Representatiave
Norway, IA Days
Establishes and maintains close business relationships with assigned accounts. Responsible for calling over thirty customers daily to establish contact and introduce product lines. Must have a high school diploma and data entry skills.
Distribution Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Norway, IA M - F 3:30 until 11:30
This working manager will supervise 2nd shift distribution operations. Previous supervisory experience required and a four year degree preferred.
