American Herbal Products Association
(AHPA) is the national trade association and voice of the herbal products industry. AHPA's mission is to promote the responsible commerce of herbal products. Founded in 1983, AHPA is the recognized leader in representing the responsible center of the botanical trade, and is comprised of the finest growers, processors, manufacturers and marketers of herbal products. 100% of AHPA's resources are dedicated to furthering the responsible sale and use of herbs and herbal products through AHPA's expertise and experience.

   

Bioneers was founded in 1990 as a nonprofit organization that promotes practical environmental solutions and innovative social strategies for restoring the earth and communities. For Bioneers, environment encompasses the natural landscape, cultivated landscape, biodiversity, watersheds, community economics and spirituality. The group seeks to unite nature, culture and spirit in an earth-honoring vision and to create economic models founded in social justice.

Camp Courageous of Iowa was founded in 1972 and was built with the belief that all people, regardless of ability level should experience year-round recreational and respite care activities in a camp setting. The camp provides opportunities for social and personal growth within a supportive, safe environment to any person with a disability. Campers learn to try a variety of creative and challenging activities and experience success. Campers develop enhanced self-esteem which carries over to work, home, or school environments. The camp is open year-round, has 80 acres of land with 14 buildings, and annually serves nearly 5,000 campers, ranging in age from 1 to 100.

Co-op America is a national nonprofit organization founded in 1982 to provide the economic strategies, organizing power and practical tools for businesses and individuals to address today's social and environmental problems. Co-op America is the leading force in educating and empowering our nation's people and businesses to make significant improvements through the economic system. Co-op American believes purchases can support businesses that create jobs, care about their communities, engage in fair trade and protect our environment. Co-op America helps to find those businesses and provides technical assistance to help those companies succeed and grow.

Co-op Grocers Information Network has as their mission to strengthen retail food cooperatives by providing a vehicle that facilitates the sharing of resources amongst its members. CGIN acts as vehicle for exchange of ideas and information among retails co-ops.

North Country Development Fund is a cooperatively owned and operated financial intermediary that acts as a catalyst for the growth and development of cooperatives. Founded in 1978, NCDF has been providing access to capital and other resources to consumer, worker, housing and agricultural cooperatives across eleven states of the upper Midwest.

Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) is a non-profit whose mission is to sponsor research related to organic farming practices, to disseminate research results to organic farmers and to growers interested in adopting organic production systems, and to educate the public and decision-makers about organic farming issues.OFRF was founded in 1990 with a Board of Directors composed of organic farmers, researchers and activists from around the nation. The Organic Farming Research Foundation is the only organization supporting organic farming grant-making research and advocacy in the nation.
