Kai Stark is the Commodity Manager for Organic Spices and Ingredients at Frontier. Kai holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of
Northern Iowa and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Iowa. For the past five years, Kai has worked in both operations and procurement to help make Frontier the leading supplier of organic spices in the United States.
Dave Showalter
Dave is the Commodity Manager for Aura Cacia and is responsible for sourcing all of Aura Cacia’s natural and organic personal care ingredients. Dave has a BA in Business Administration from Coe College, 25 years of sourcing experience and has spent the last 4 years traveling worldwide, developing relationships with farmers and suppliers in order to guarantee the quality and purity of our essential oils.
Iva Clinton
Iva Clinton is the Buyer for all Aura Cacia essential oils. She recently celebrated her 21st anniversary at Frontier/Aura Cacia!! Throughout the years, Iva has been involved in almost all of our purchasing areas.  Her extensive experience and knowledge offers a great value for the Aura Cacia team and our customers through consistent and timely products.
