Baked Orange Ginger Squash
Add a delightful dash of flavor to baked squash quickly and easily with this no-fuss recipe.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and discard. Lay squash skin side up in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; set aside.
Remove squash from oven and carefully flip over. Spoon butter mixture evenly onto each halved squash and return to the oven. Bake until squash is tender, approximately 10 to 20 more minutes.
For a sweeter dish, add 1/4 cup brown sugar to the butter mixture.
