Tantalizing Cherry Tomato Salad

In season, there's no shortage of these delightful little tomatoes. You just might use them up when your family calls for encores of this recipe.

4 cups cherry tomatoes , halved
1/2 cup black olives, slices
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon basil
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Combine the tomatoes and olives in a serving bowl. In the blender, combine the vinegar, oil, and spices. Mix well. Add to the tomatoes. Refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with the crumbled feta and serve. Makes about four servings.
