Simple Mesquite Chicken Breasts
Mix together 1 package of Grilling Seasons Mesquite Barbecue Marinade and 2 cups of flour. Coat 6 chicken breasts with mixture and grill.
Grilled Portabella Steaks
Prepare one .70-ounce package Grilling Seasons Steak Marinade as directed but substituting 1/4 cup white wine for the oil. Place four 5-ounce portabella mushroom caps in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over them and set aside 30 minutes, turning mushrooms occasionally. Grill or broil mushrooms until tender. Great on buns with cheese and lettuce.
Chicken and Zucchini Burgers
Gently combine 1 pound ground chicken, 1 cup shredded zucchini, 1 1/2 teaspoons Grilling Seasons Shake-on Steak Seasoning (or Spicy Steak Seasoning), and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Shape into 4 burgers and grill until fully cooked.
Southwestern Steak Salad
Before leaving home, make dressing by combining in a measuring cup 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, and water to make 1/2 cup; whisk in 1 tablespoon of the dry Steak Marinade and pack in non-leaking jar. Stir package of Grilling Seasons Steak Marinade to uniformly combine. Coat 1 pound sirloin, flank, or hanger steak with 1 tablespoon of the dry Steak Marinade; grill to desired doneness. Slice steak and serve over baby greens. Serve dressing with the salad.
