Barbecue Seasoning

Use this flavorful blend for outdoor barbecuing, but also when cooking meats, fish, poultry, and tofu on the stovetop, in the oven, and even in the crockpot.

The ingredients: Dried yeast, chili peppers (contains silicon dioxide a natural anti-caking agent), tomato powder, maple syrup powder, dehydrated onion, paprika, dehydrated garlic, cumin and mesquite powder (torula yeast and mesquite smoke).

· Combine with oil or melted butter and brush on meats, poultry, fish, tofu, or tempeh before grilling or broiling. Turn half way through cooking and brush again

· Sprinkle on meats, poultry, fish, seafood, or tofu at the table.

· Add to chili and bean soup recipes.

· Include in beef burgers and soy or veggie burgers, meat loaf and nut or bean loaf.
