Ingredients: Coriander, chili peppers (contains silicon dioxide an anti-caking agent), fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne (contains silicon dioxide an anti-caking agent), black pepper, asafoetida (rice flour, asafoetida and gum arabic).

 

   

· Use to season lentil and vegetable stews.

· Sprinkle on seafood kebabs.

· Rub or sprinkle on lamb, poultry, fish, tofu, or seafood before cooking.

· Use liberally on grains, like rice.
