Greek Seasoning
This Greek seasoning is both fresh and peppery--a great combo for most meats and vegetables alike.
The ingredients: Corn flour, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, paprika, black pepper, sesame seeds, oregano, red bell pepper, citric acid, basil, freeze-dried whole lemon and lemon oil.
· Use to season chicken, lamb, turkey, prime rib, and tofu before cooking.
· Sprinkle on eggplant or zucchini before grilling.
· Add to turkey or tofu burger mixtures.
· Shake on fish or poultry at the table.
