Considered the rarest and most valued of the black teas, Darjeeling is grown in a small region in the Northwest of Bengal province in the foothills of the Himalayas. Darjeeling teas are generally sold by “flush” and sometimes by estate.
Darjeeling’s are considered afternoon teas and are served as is – without milk or lemon.
