Lobster Macaroni and Cheese from Frontier Natural Products Co-op

Smoked Gouda Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

Comfort food is all about indulgence. In this recipe, the creaminess you love in macaroni and cheese meets the indulgence of a lobster dinner.

The smoked Gouda brings depth to sweet, perfectly seasoned lobster meat for a flavor that is divine — but it's still macaroni and cheese, so you don't need a special occasion to make it!

See Lobster in a Whole New Light

This was the favorite pick for Brian Samuels, the food writer and photographer behind A Thought for Food, who photographed this recipe. Brian says: "I was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed it, because I'm pretty much a strict lemon-butter guy when it comes to my lobster consumption. I was really amazed by how much the flavor of the lobster stood out in this dish."
