Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 12 count cupcake pan or use paper inserts.
2. Combine eggs (slightly beaten), water and butter in a mixing bowl. Add contents of package.
3. Stir just until mixture is evenly moist.
4. Pour into 12 count cupcake pan.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until center tests done with a toothpick or knife.
Suggested Uses: Frost with vanilla or cherry cream cheese frosting. Chocolate syrup is also an alternative topping. For even lower fat and calorie treat, you can omit the butter. Makes 6 large muffins as well.
