Directions: To use the powder in place of syrup or maple flavor in baking recipes, combine 5 teaspoons powder and 2 teaspoons hot water, stirring until dissolved. To make as syrup to use in a pinch for pancakes, use 3 tablespoons powder and 1/2 tablespoon hot water to make approximately 1/4 cup syrup. You can also add powder to hot drinks, like cocoa and milk toddies.
