Ingredients: Organic Maltodextrin, Organic Orange Peel , Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Ginger, Organic Guar Gum, Organic Coriander, Organic Parsley, Organic Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum, Organic Turmeric, Citric Acid.
Directions: Whisk together 1 tsp. white wine vinegar 1 cup water and packet ingredients. To serve warm, microwave for one minute.
Suggested Uses: Try as a marinade for fish. To create a stir fry sauce, use soy sauce in place of vinegar.
Product Notes: Orange Ginger Hummus: Combine in a blender 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans, 2 tbsp. tahini, 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp. dressing mix and 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce (optional). Puree until desired consistency is reached. Makes 1 cup hummus.
