Acerola Berry Extract (4 to 1)

Acerola Berries (also known as Cereso, Barbados Cherry and Antilles Cherry) are a thin-skinned, bright red, cherry-like fruit that grow on trees in tropical regions of the Americas.
Botanical name:
Malpighi glabra L.
The fruit can be eaten raw, made into jellies and jams, used to flavor drinks, or dried and ground into a powder. The green fruits have twice as much vitamin C content as the mature fruits. The "4 to 1 Extract" in the product name indicates that the extract is 4 times more concentrated than the raw fruit.
Caution/Safety: Keep out of the reach of children.
