Spaghetti Seasoning



Make delicious homemade pasta sauce with the help of this perfectly blended seasoning. Serve over any pasta, from angel hair to rigatoni.
Directions:
To make spaghetti sauce: Combine 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup seasoning mix and 1 can (15 ounce) whole tomatoes. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 3 cups. Serve over any pasta, or use in lasagna and other pasta casseroles.
Suggested Uses:
- Use for dipping breadsticks.
- Add cayenne pepper for some heat and serve with fried mozzarella for a spicy dipping sauce.
- Liven up store-bought pasta sauce by adding a few pinches while cooking.
