Dash O'Dill




Dill, but with a whole lot more zip! Use this tasty blend of dill with onion, parsley, caraway with hints of lemon and orange in pickling recipes and also to season salads, soups, sauces, casseroles, side dishes, pastas, and vegetables.
Directions: Combine with ingredients while cooking, or sprinkle at the table.
Suggested Uses:

Add to potato and pasta salads.

Add to cream soups chowders.

Use in white sauces, especially those for serving with fish and seafood.

Sprinkle on baked potatoes.

Sprinkle on potatoes before roasting (toss with a little olive oil first, if you like).

Use in pickling recipes and with sauerkraut.

Sprinkle on salads and/or add to salad dressings.

Combine equal parts softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add chopped green onion and Dash O Dill to taste. Use for chip, cracker, and vegetable dip.
