Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
2. Combine egg (slightly beaten), butter and water in a mixing bowl. Add contents of package.
3. Using a wooden spoon, stir until uniformly mixed. Dough will be thick.
4. Shape into 1" balls. If desired, roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
5. Flatten each cookie slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
7. Cool on rack.
Suggested Uses: Spice Cookie Pie Crust In a food processor, crumble enough cookies to yield 1¼ cups crumbs. Add 2 TBSP sugar and 6 TBSP melted butter. Mix until evenly combined. Press into an 8” pie tin. Bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes. Fill with pumpkin pie filling, vanilla pudding, or ice cream.
