Easy Asparagus Souffle
1 pound steamed fresh asparagus
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Simply Organic Steak Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a blender, pureé all ingredients. Pour into greased 8-inch round baking pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until center is firm.
Serve as an hors d'oeuvre on wheat crackers.
Serve as a vegetable dish with your entrée.
Serve over eggs instead of hollandaise sauce on Eggs Benedict.
