Eggnog Cream Cheese Frosting

This rich frosting will quickly become a family favorite passed from one generation to the next.

Ingredients
4 ounces Organic Valley Cream Cheese, softened
4 ounces Organic Valley Salted Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Organic Valley Eggnog
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip softened cream cheese and butter together. Whip in vanilla extract. Add half of the eggnog and half of the powdered sugar and mix until blended. Slowly add the remaining eggnog and powdered sugar and mix until combined.
Chef Suggestions
Use to frost Eggnog Spiced Sugar Cookies or a spice cake.

For a special treat, serve cookies with Mulled Cider with Cinnamon Whipped Cream.
