Fruit Salad with Honey-Poppy Seed Dressing

I use melon, pineapple, and strawberries for this salad, but you can use your favorite combinations.

Ingredients
Dressing
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 1/4 teaspoons poppy seeds
Salad
2 cups cantaloupe balls
2 cups honeydew melon balls
1/2  fresh pineapple, cut into chunks (2 cups)
2 cups sliced strawberries
 mint leaves (optional)
Directions
Dressing: In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, ginger, honey, vinegar, and poppy seeds.

Salad: In a large bowl, combine the cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, and strawberries. Whisk the dressing and add to the salad. Toss to coat. Garnish with mint leaves, if using.
