Garlic & Herb Compound Butter
1 stick unsalted butter (8 tablespoons), softened
5 teaspoons Frontier Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1. In small bowl, thoroughly blend Garlic & Herb Seasoning with softened butter. Shape into a log and place on a sheet of plastic wrap. Wrap well and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
2. Will keep in freezer up to 2 months.
Spread on lightly toasted French bread, top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and broil until bubbly and well-browned.
Add 2 tablespoons to 1 pound steamed fresh broccoli, toss to combine and serve immediately.
Top fish, steak or chicken filet, hot off the grill, with a small pat of compound butter for delicious flavor.
