Hot Apple Scrunch

Ingredients
4 cups cooking apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup currants
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
 juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup apple juice
Topping
1/2 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups uncooked oatmeal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients (except topping) and spoon into a greased baking dish. Add extra apple juice to barely cover apples. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
