Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
Marinade
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Frontier Salad Sprinkle
Vegtables
4 to 6 cups vegetables of your choice, chopped or sliced
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients.

At least one day ahead and no more than two, place vegetables in a bowl or container. Pour marinade over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate, stirring once or twice. The amount of liquid in the container will increase.
