Mulled Cider

Ingredients
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cloves
2  cinnamon sticks
2  quarts apple cider
Directions
Use large kettle or crock pot. Heat all ingredients on low for 30 minutes.
Chef Suggestions
Garnish with orange wedges studded with cloves and 6-inch cinnamon sticks.

For variation, try adding cardamom, ginger,, or mace.
