Oh So Good Chicken Wings

Never makes enough; you can't stop eating 'em!

4 pounds chicken wings
1 cup butter
2 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons crushed oregano
4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
Cut tips from wings and discard. Cut trimmed wings in half at the joint, making 2 pieces per wing. Melt butter and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together, to form a dipping-coating. Dip wings in butter, then in cheese mixture to coat. Arrange in shallow foil-lined baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm.
Chef Suggestions
These can be made ahead and reheated. They also can be frozen (before being cooked) and baked later. So for a future date go ahead and double your batch. Just remember, if pulling from the freezer to add a few extra minutes to your cooking time.

These may be served as is, or with a dipping sauce of Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing for dipping.
