1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
2 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Orange Ginger Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Red Pepper Flakes
1 cup chopped bell peppers (red, green, and/or yellow)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1. Place chicken in sealable bag. In a small bowl combine 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon seasoning, and crushed red peppers. Pour over chicken, seal bag, and shake to evenly coat. Place bag in refrigerator, and marinate chicken for about 30 minutes.
2. Pour marinated chicken into hot skillet and stir until chicken is cooked. Remove from pan and keep warm.
3. Add peppers, onions, carrots, zucchini, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon seasoning to the skillet. Stir until tender. Add cabbage and chicken. Stir until thoroughly heated.
