Red Pepper Curry Fritters

1/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon Simply Organic Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Crushed Red Pepper
1  egg, beaten
1 cup Frontier Textured Soy Protein
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup flour
1. Place warm water in a large mixing bowl. Add curry powder, crushed red pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well. Add soy bits and stir until moistened.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Form mixture into 1/2-inch-thick patties, as large in diameter as you want. Dust both sides of patties with flour. Fry patties in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with coconut or peanut sauce for dipping.
