Savory Sauteed Mango

1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or apple juice will do in a pinch)
1 package Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix
2  very ripe large mangos
1. Preheat sauté pan on medium-high heat. In a small mixing bowl combine water, oil, vinegar and Simply Organic Fajita Mix.
2. Set aside.
3. Peel and slice mangoes into slivers that are 2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide.
4. Carefully add liquid mixture to pan, then add mango slices. Turn up heat to high and sauté 3 to 4 minutes, tossing constantly. Reduce heat if needed; do not burn. Sauce will thicken with cooking time.
Chef Suggestions
Arrange slices on plate and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. The savory seasoning, sweet fruit and richness of the cream will delight all.

For extra entrée flavor, place slices on top of grilled chicken.
