Slow Cooker Pizza

1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts-non-marinated
1 can (4 ounces) sliced olives
2  small onions
1  red bell pepper
1  yellow bell pepper
1  (14.5 ounces) jar mushrooms
1 package Simply Organic Garden Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 cans (16 ounces each) pizza sauce
2  (12 ounces each) boxes spiral noodles, cooked and drained
1  (8 ounces) bag Italian shredded cheese
 vegetable oil for sautéing
Sauté all of the vegetables in the oil until tender. Add Sauce Mix and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine sauce, cooked noodles, and pizza sauce. Spoon into the bottom of slow cooker and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Add another layer of noodles and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue until slow cooker is full.

Cook on high for 3 hours or medium for 5 hours.
