Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
1 pound ground beef
1 package Simply Organic French Onion Dip Mix
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup low-fat milk
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, Dip Mix and bread crumbs. Add milk. Form into oval patties approximately 3- to 4-inches across and 1-inch thick. Brown in a skillet. Place in slow cooker and turn to high.
In a medium bowl prepare the sauce by whisking broth powder, Gravy Mix and onions. Pour over beef patties and cook for 50 to 60 minutes in the slow cooker, flipping once.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
Form smaller patties, layer in slow cooker and serve 2 to 4 per plate.
