1 pound sweet potatoes (approximately 2)
1 1/2 tablespoons Simply Organic BBQ Ground Up, coarse ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub sweet potatoes. You can peel them if preferred. Slice thinly.

Sprinkle Simply Organic BBQ Ground Up evenly over potatoes. Toss with your hands to get the best coverage.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
