1 package Simply Organic Sloppy Joe Mix
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cane sugar (Optional, but add if you usually add to your morning coffee for flavor)
Combine all ingredients in a sealable plastic bag. Shake well. Rub on steaks, briskets or roasts. Bake or grill as you normally would. Do not reuse rub. Amount will season 1 to 2 pounds of meat.
