1 package Chai Spice Scone Mix
1/4 cup finely ground flax seeds
2/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 350° F. Add contents of package into mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine flax and water. Add this mix to larger bowl and stir until moistened to a cookie dough texture. Spoon dough in 2-inch mounds onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bottoms of scones are lightly browned.
Makes 8 scones.
