DILL HOLLANDAISE SAUCE (EGGLESS)

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup low fat milk
1 package Dill Dip Mix
1 to 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter on low. Add milk and whisk in Dill Dip Mix. Increase heat and bring mixture to low boil. Let mixture cool slightly and if a thicker sauce is desired, whisk in flour or cornstarch. Reheat on low to desired temperature.

Makes 8 servings.
