COOL AVOCADO SOUP

1 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 lime, squeezed juice
1 package Guacamole Dip Mix

In a blender, puree the peeled avocado. Add garlic, buttermilk, lime juice and Guacamole Dip Mix to blender. Blend until smooth. Chill and serve cold.

Makes approx. 2 servings.
