POTATOES RANCHEROS

1 pound peeled and diced potatoes
1 package Guacamole Dip Mix
Oil or butter for pan, approximately 3 tablespoons

In a large skillet, heat enough oil to fry potatoes. Toss in potatoes and Guacamole  Dip Mix. Fry until tender and golden brown.
