2 organic avocados, pitted
1 organic lemon (approximately 1/8 cup of bottled juice)
1 organic lime (approximately 1/8 cup of bottled juice)
1 package Guacamole Dip Mix
2 to 3 tablespoons organic spirulina
1 tomato seeded and chopped or 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Spoon avocado pulp into a blender or food processor. Add juice of lime and lemon, add Guacamole Mix and spirulina. Turn on pulse and blend until desired texture. Remove and spoon into medium mixing bowl. Fold in diced tomatoes. Serve immediately or chill until served.
