BODACIOUS BEAN QUESADILLA
2 tablespoons warm water
1 package Spicy Southwest Ranch Dip Mix
2 cups (One 16-ounce can) refried beans
2 10-inch tortilla shells
1/2 cup shredded cheese
In a medium bowl, stir Spicy Southwest Ranch Dip Mix into water. Stir in refried beans. In a large greased skillet, lightly grill both sides of tortilla shells. Place one back in the skillet and spread on bean mix. Add shredded cheese and place other tortilla on top. Grill until cheese is melted.
