3 to 4 baking potatoes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon softened butter
1/4 cup Bac-uns
1 package Italian Dressing Mix
Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub potatoes. Prick with a fork, place on cookie sheet, and bake 60 minutes, until done. Meanwhile, mix cheese, butter, Bac-uns, and Italian Dressing Mix together in a bowl. Set aside. When potatoes are done and cooled just enough to handle, slice in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the potato meat, leaving a quarter inch along the edge of the skin. Lay potato halves skin-side down on cookie sheet. Scoop cheese mixture into each one. Return to oven and broil 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
