SEASONED BROWN RICE

1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
1 package Italian Dressing Mix

In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until rice is tender and water absorbed.
