GARLIC BEAN PATE

1 can (16 ounces) pinto beans, drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
2 tablespoons water (if needed)

In a blender or food processor, place beans, lemon juice and Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed. Pour into serving bowl and chill.

Makes 16 servings.

As prepared, each serving contains 250 calories, 15 g of fat, 75 mg of cholesterol, 640 mg of sodium, 14 g of carbohydrates and 17 g of protein.
