MARINATED MUSHROOMS

1 pound cleaned mushrooms
1 package Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1/3 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Slice mushrooms to desired size or leave whole (de-stem if desired). In a shallow re-sealable container, combine Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix, oil and vinegar. Toss with mushrooms. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight if time permits). Sauté in medium skillet just before serving.
