BAKED ORANGE GINGER SQUASH

3 to 4 acorn squash
1 stick softened butter
1 package Orange Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing Mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Lay squash skin side up in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Meanwhile, blend butter and Orange Ginger Dressing Mix. Remove squash from oven and carefully flip over. Spoon butter mixture evenly onto each halved squash and return to oven. Bake until squash is tender (approximately 10 to 20 additional minutes).

Makes 16 servings.
