1/4 cup warm water
1 package Red Pepper Curry Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1 beaten egg
1 cup textured soy bits
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Place warm water in a large mixing bowl. Add Red Pepper Curry Dressing Mix and beaten egg. Mix well. Add soy bits and stir until moistened. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Form mixture into 1/2 inch thick patties, as large in diameter as you want. Dust both sides of patties with flour. Fry patties in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
