4 large potatoes
1 cup milk
1 packet Zesty Herb Marinade Mix
½ cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prick potatoes with a fork, then bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until soft. Scoop inside of potatoes into a mixing bowl. Add milk and Zesty Herb Marinade. (If you like potato skins, you can cut those up and include them, too.) Add sour cream and mash again. Serve immediately.
